Leadership
Branch Manager
Joe is responsible for managing the Runnymede and Spelthorne branches and has over 15 years of care experience. A hands-on manager, very welcoming and dedicated to providing excellent service for Nightingales clients and staff members, ensuring every individual's wellbeing and values are respected.
Company Director
Mark is one of Nightingales Homecare's company directors. He, alongside his daughter, had a vision of providing the highest standard of care — person-centred, encouraging independence, and ensuring clients and staff feel fully valued. He champions the best possible training for all care staff and a safe, well-led service.
CEO
Eloisa is one of Nightingales Homecare's company directors and the company's nominated individual. Alongside her father, she had a vision to provide the highest person-centred care in the area. Eloisa believes in a hands-on approach and is always out and about with care workers and clients.
Client Co-ordinator
Louise has worked in care for over 10 years. She ensures all client care plans are person-centred and completes all assessments for new clients. Louise prefers a hands-on way of working, and won the Surrey Homecare Carer of the Year award in 2023.
